Marketing Specialist, University of Texas at Austin School of Law – Austin, TX
· Works closely and collaboratively with Program Directors and senior managers to coordinate and execute marketing and communications campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 15 live annual conferences, as well as a possible assortment of webcasted seminars and recorded e-Products, including development, scheduling, timely production and execution of all promotional print and email campaigns, registrant communication, timely collection and review of copy and graphics, and coordination of service providers to ensure all campaign elements execute on schedule. Works as a liaison as directed by Program Directors with UT Law CLE co-sponsors and other conference sponsors regarding joint marketing efforts to obtain and provide needed copy, list, and campaign coordination.
· Utilizes UT Law CLE's proprietary content management system, Microsoft Office (Word,
Excel and Outlook), as well as software for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Emma, Qualtrics, and WordPress, in addition to various online and social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. Incorporated new software offerings as needed and teach other team members how to use them. Created and refined custom searches for data extraction from proprietary "Admin" customer database. Normalized and incorporated data as needed into marketing campaigns.

Assistant Director, Communications and Marketing– Harris County, Houston, TX
· Oversaw all communications, digital communications, digital targeting, rapid response, technical writing, and media services for the third largest county in the United States.
